This document is issued by L06 Still Motion Pictures. Throughout this agreement, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to L06 Still Motion Pictures. L06 Still Motion Pictures offers services to you, the client, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.

By booking with us and/or purchasing any of our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein or provided during your booking process. These Terms apply to all clients engaging with our company in any capacity.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you understand, agree to, and accept all terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $150 or 15% is required to secure your booking (whichever one is higher). The remaining balance is due at the end of the event/session.

- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund; however, are subject to a cancellation fee of an undisclosed amount.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the event/session will forfeit all payments made.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 1 week in advance.
3. Copyright and Usage Rights
- L06 Still Motion Pictures retains full copyright of all images and videos produced.
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the images/videos.
- Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Model Release
- By booking our services, clients grant L06 Still Motion Pictures the right to use images/videos for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery and Turnaround Time
- Edited photos/videos will be delivered within 2 weeks of the event/session, varying based on the size and complexity of the project. Larger projects may require additional time, which will be communicated during the booking process.
- Delivery will be via [method: e.g., online gallery, USB drive, download link].
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
6. Artistic Style and Editing
- Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with L06 Still Motion Picture's style and agree to allow full artistic discretion in editing.
- Requests for extensive re-edits may incur additional charges.
- All projects have a complementary revision included in the asking price.
7. Limitation of Liability
- In the unlikely event of technical failure, loss of files, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received.
- L06 Still Motion Picture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Client(s) are responsible for securing necessary permissions for locations, venues, and subjects.
- Client(s) have 1 chance to reschedule if unable to acquire permit(s) on time, but must be made 48 hours in advance of the shooting time; otherwise, forfeit the deposits and an automatic cancellation.
- Clients must present valid permits for the locations, venues, and subjects 24 hours prior to the shooting date(s); otherwise forfeit the deposits and an automatic cancellation.
- Timely cooperation is essential; delays may affect the final product.
9. Force Majeure
- L06 Still Motion Pictures shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or illness.
- If a shoot cannot proceed, L06 will determine whether the issue was caused by L06. If deemed responsible, L06 will cover rescheduling expenses at its discretion, and a new shooting date will be arranged with the client.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
